Robson Mulumbe

Leadership has been the most interesting and fascinating subject to me. My upbring in a family where my grandmother was a chief and a community leader, helped setting the foundation for my interests in leadership. I watched my grandmother lead the people in our village, young and old with love and grace by serving. I grew up watching her carry her with the sense of duty and responsibility, not just as a title to wear. In addition to growing up watching her lead, my personal journey of faith in Jesus Christ started at the young age of eleven (11). This new journey further established the foundation and quest for good leadership.
